The University of Canterbury has many student support services available to students and knowing where to go for help can be confusing. Janelle offers on-on-one advice to help students identify issues and where appropriate, the student is referred onto other services available both within the University and community. Janelle may follow up with the student to confirm that the issue has been resolved so the student can continue with their studies unimpeded. This service is confidential, unbiased and friendly.
Each Wednesday Janelle will provide a drop-in service at the Dovedale Campus from 11.30am until 1.00pm. She is available for any students wishing to have a chat or seek advice or guidance and will be located in the UCSA hot-office in the corridor leading out of the café or in the cafe.
