Background

I have been working as Teacher Educator at different teacher training colleges under the Ministry of Education of Bangladesh for more than 12 years. I worked with Government projects like PROMOTE, FSSAP, and TQI to develop English teacher education curriculum, and training materials. As a regular part of my job, I facilitate training sessions for secondary school teachers to achieve professional competency (BEd & MEd.). 

Research Interests

Pedagogy in ESL context.
Critical literacy and second language learning.
Classroom engagement.
