How To Pay
- Cash - at the registry building. You will need your invoice and to code your payment with 58315-1964-001 and include your child's first and last name.
- Cheque - posted to University of Canterbury, Private Bag 4800, Christchurch 8140 along with your invoice.
- Automatic Payments and Internet Banking

Payment
- Fees are paid fortnightly
- Three weeks notice must be given if you wish to terminate or change your bookings
- Casual absences of booked sessions will be charged in full
- Periods of notified absence will be charged at a 50% of normal fees
- Fees will be invoiced fortnightly and a statement issued
- Payments must be made by the due date on the statement
- Fees not paid on time can result in a three week notice of termination of booking
- You will be issued with a tax receipt on payment
- A late fee fine will be charged from the end of each booked session at $10 for every five minutes.
